The referral process makes sure food relief reaches people who need it most, while also giving you access to other helpful services in the community. It’s all about providing the right support, at the right time, with care.
If you don’t have a referral and you are in urgent need of food, you can still visit us and take an emergency ration pack so you can get enough time to reach out to Diamond Valley Community Support to get a referral.
